Coming Home

This was my very first song created using Pro Tools recording software many years ago. I was in the process of transitioning from a 16-track setup to a much more complicated but less confining setup. I was beside myself with excitement to finally have a digital multi-track with an unlimited number of tracks. I hastily loaded software, hooked up some cables, plugged in, and started ripping and recording. With no plan or direction, and nothing to lead me but my curiosity and a silly smile, I jumped in, and this is what came out. I immediately had the fever with no desire to find a cure. The sound quality and flexibility of my new "tools" were so good that I had an overwhelming feeling that I can only describe as "coming home"!
