Young love; we all remember it, and we all would likely revisit those days if we could (not a one-way ticket, though, please). Those clueless, unguarded, and wide-eyed days when you had no real responsibilities and your friends were the most important pieces in your life; priceless! We swore we would lay down our lives for each other. Where are those friends and lovers now? They are living the lives they were meant to live, and we still love them, but they are safely tucked away in the depths of our hearts and the closets of our memories. I wrote this song several lifetimes ago, but, hey, you may remember this story.
